Strength
is
built.

  1. You try a lesson

At your own pace, with Luca. No experience or fitness needed.

  2. We talk about you

Goals, past experience and the time you have, without judgement.

  3. You get your plan

Discipline, frequency and exercises chosen for you.

  4. We take stock

Every month: what has improved, what to change. Then on you go.

Where they
started.

Nobody arrives ready. These people started from one precise point, just as you will.

  1. I hadn’t done any sport in ten years.

I train three times a week, and not out of duty.

“I was afraid of feeling out of place. At the first lesson Luca asked me what hurt, not how much I weighed.”

  2. I used to walk home late looking over my shoulder.

I walk calmly. I know what to do and what to avoid.

“I didn’t learn to throw punches. I learned to read situations before they become a problem.”

  3. I quit every gym after a month.

Two years of katana, without missing a week.

“Every lesson has one small, clear goal. That’s what brings me back.”

Before you start

Can I start from scratch?

Yes. The trial is there to find out where you are starting from and to choose the right pace for you.

Can I train at home?

Yes. On request Luca comes to you for one-to-one lessons. Say so when you ask for the trial and we will find a day and a time together.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. The path starts from the level you are at today, not the one you think you should be at.

What do I bring to the first lesson?

Comfortable clothes, a bottle of water and a towel. Nothing else is needed for the trial.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the path and on how often you train each week. We go through it at the trial, with no surprises.
