Your data,only toanswer you.
When you ask for a trial lesson you leave us a few details. Here is what we do with them: in brief first, then in full.
In brief
The minimum
Your name, one contact, what you would like to try and when. Nothing else.
Only for this
To answer you and arrange the trial. No advertising, no mailing lists.
Not forever
If you don’t start a path, we delete them within twelve months.
Always yours
You can see them, correct them or have them deleted whenever you like, with one email.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Luca Appignani, trading as Phisyca in Warsaw, Poland. For any question about your data you can write to luca.appignani@phisyca.com.
What we collect
Through the booking form:
- your name;
- the phone number or the email address you want to be contacted on;
- the discipline you would like to try and the time of day you prefer.
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we also receive whatever you choose to tell us. The server that hosts the site keeps technical records of visits for a short time (IP address, browser, time), as any site does, for its own security.
Why we use them
- To answer you and set the day of the trial lesson. It is a step you take before any agreement: the legal basis is art. 6.1.b of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
- If you start a path, to organise the lessons (art. 6.1.b) and to meet legal obligations, tax ones for example (art. 6.1.c).
- To keep the site safe and working, with the technical records of visits: that is our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we make no automated decisions about you.
For how long
- Trial requests that do not become a path: twelve months at most.
- The data of people who train with us: for as long as the path lasts, then for as long as the law requires for tax documents.
- The technical records of visits: a few days, unless security requires otherwise.
Who else sees them
Only Luca. The site and the form run on a Phisyca server, which keeps the request and forwards it to Luca through his phisyca.com mailbox, run by IONOS: the only provider that handles this data on our behalf, on our instructions.
If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation also passes through WhatsApp (Meta), under its own terms.
Outside the European Union
If a provider handles data outside the European Economic Area, it does so only with the safeguards the GDPR requires: an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to:
- know what data we hold and receive a copy of it;
- correct or complete it;
- delete it;
- restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive it in a readable format, to take it elsewhere.
One email to luca.appignani@phisyca.com is enough. We answer within a month.
If something is wrong
You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in Poland it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). If you live in another country of the Union you can also turn to your own country’s authority, for example the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy (garanteprivacy.it).
What happens if you don’t give them
Leaving us your details is your choice. Without a name and a contact, though, we cannot answer you.
If you are under eighteen, ask a parent to write to us for you.
